Juan-Diego Estrada is a high school counselor at The John Cooper School in The Woodlands, Texas. He completed the Practicum in MBSR at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at University of Massachusetts Medical School. He has worked as a counselor and teacher at several independent and international schools around the world.
