The Equity Design Lab (EDL) is a leadership and professional development experience that encourages participants to use and share design principles, action research, collaborative skill-building, and best and emerging practices. The NAIS Civil Discourse Lab: Building a Plan to Foster Constructive Conversations During Election Season in partnership with Close Up Foundation will give independent school educators a framework and tools to foster open and authentic dialogue around pressing cultural and political issues. Educators are encouraged to attend in teams to create a comprehensive community-wide action plan to navigate the U.S. election season and beyond.

Leadership Through Partnership (LTP) is a foundational governance program that provides heads and board chairs dedicated time to build a collaborative relationship, learn about best governance practices, and explore the most common challenges and opportunities facing independent schools today.
