School and Student Services (SSS by NAIS) is a comprehensive financial aid management service, devoted to helping schools help families. SSS by NAIS is pleased to announce enhancements


Schools
: Go to the SSS site at http://sss.nais.org to subscribe and to find
new SSS contact information to give to families applying for aid for the 2010 School Year.

Families: To apply for aid for the 2010 School Year, starting on November 1, 2009, go to the SSS website, http://sss.nais.org, and complete a Parents' Financial Statement. Now, you'll find many helpful admission and financial aid resources.


 

The New and Improved SSS 

Comp*Assist Online

Starting October 1, you may log into Comp*Assist Online to begin setup. To become familiar with the changes to Comp*Assist Online, we invite you to go to sss.nais.org to browse screenshots and to attend a free webinar.

  • No more document collection for you. We will collect various documents such as W-2s and 1040s, eliminating for you some of the hassle and the anxiety of finding discrepant or missing information.
  • 24/7, browser-based online access to view and manage student applications with no more PC downloads, MAC incompatibility issues, or troublesome network support.
  • View multiple years of applicant data for returning students.
  • Customizable school set-up features for several professional judgment areas.
  • New parent informational website with a new customer service center.
  • Fully functional Spanish-language application for parents.
