Corporate Subscribers

Any organization that provides products or services to independent schools is eligible to become an NAIS Corporate Subscriber. Through this program, your company can gain broad visibility within NAIS's influential membership. For a modest annual fee of $1,350, Corporate Subscribers receive the following:

One Set of Free Customized Mailing Labels

One set of labels addressed to the school administrator of your choice is free of charge. You also have the option of purchasing up to 10 additional sets during the academic year at a substantially reduced rate.

Visibility on the NAIS Website - Many New Features!

Your organization will be listed in the Find a Company/Consultant Directory on our newly designed and content-enriched website, both alphabetically and by area of expertise. A link to your company's website is also included. Now more than ever, we are driving our members to our website for all their resources. One new feature that will draw members to your products and services is our web search tool. Search results now include a separate list of related companies and consultants! Schools will also be sent a PDF of NAIS companies and consultants as a reference.

School Listings

Each year you will get a PDF file of all member and subscriber schools.  The listing will include the school name, address, phone number, website, grade levels and number of students.

Exhibit Booth Discount

You'll receive a $200 discount on the cost of your exhibit booth at the NAIS Annual Conference. The conference offers you an opportunity to showcase your products and services to more than 5,000 potential customers -- school leaders and decision makers from across the country, as well as representatives from affiliate member schools abroad. Sponsorship opportunities are also available -- receptions, special sessions, coffee breaks, and meals -- where you'll not only get high visibility but also the opportunity to meet with school heads and key administrators in a relaxed, social setting. Free Subscription to Independent School Magazine

In addition to receiving a free subscription to the award winning Independent School magazine that is published four times a year, you also will receive copies of NAIS newsletters, statistical studies, and advisories.

Magazine Advertising Discount

You'll also receive a 10 percent discount on any advertising your company does in Independent School magazine. For more than 65 years Independent School magazine has been the journal of record for independent education. With a circulation of more than 7,500 school leaders, subscribers include influential school heads, trustees, teachers, administrators, and friends of independent education. The cost for advertising varies according to ad size and frequency. Display ads ranging from 1/6 page to full page are available. Cover ads, special inserts, and postcards can also be arranged.
